We know these exist but haven’t checked their rates against the issuer yet, so we won’t guess at your routing with them.
Tiered minimum-spend cashback paid quarterly — the structure can't be represented in the engine's model yet, and a wrong answer is worse than an absent card.
Same problem as UOB One: a monthly minimum spend gate plus per-category cashback caps.
7 of 14 modelled cards are fully verified against the issuer; the rest carry the right headline rate but need a detail confirmed. A further 16 are indexed and awaiting verification.

Every Singapore card here charges about 3.25% on foreign currency. A 4 mpd card with an FX fee loses to a 1 mpd card without one — no earn rate closes that gap.
HSBC transfers to KrisFlyer at 30,000 points : 10,000 miles while its other partners get 25,000 : 10,000. That 17% haircut is already applied above.
Past the cap those cards pay their base rate — 0.4 mpd on most of them, which is worse than PRVI's 1.4. Move the overflow rather than leaving it on the card.
Utilities, insurance, government payments and e-wallet top-ups are excluded from bonus categories on every card here, so they fall through to base rate.
The overflow card. Never use it abroad — the 3.25% FX fee more than cancels its 2.4 mpd foreign rate, and the 3 mpd ASEAN list excludes the Philippines.
